Speak to an advisor

Who we are

A personal advisory service, deliberately small.

EuroHellenic exists because the gap between a family in Lagos or Manila and a college in Athens is not an information gap. It is a trust gap — and that is closed by a person, not a portal.

Background

Guidance from inside the classroom.

EuroHellenic is led by an experienced Head of English Department and Academic & Careers Advisor, with extensive work in international education, student mentoring, and preparation for IELTS, IGCSE, A Levels and advanced English qualifications.

That matters more than it might sound. Most placement advisors have never marked an essay, never sat opposite a student who missed a band by half a point, and never had to tell a family that the entry requirement is not negotiable. We have done all three, which is why our assessments tend to be blunter and more accurate than the industry standard.

Students and families here deal with a named person from first enquiry through to the first semester. Not a ticketing system, not a different account manager each month.

Handoff note Add the founder's full name, photograph, qualifications and years of experience before launch. In this industry, anonymity reads as something to hide — a named face with verifiable credentials is the single highest-converting element you can add to this page.

How we work

Four commitments we
will be held to.

These are not values-page decoration. If we break one of them, tell us, and we will fix it or refund you.

01

We will tell you no

If the programme is wrong, the timing is wrong, or Greece is wrong for your goal, you will hear it plainly. A placement that unravels in year two helps nobody, least of all our reputation.

02

We disclose how we are paid

Where an institution pays us a commission, you will know which one, and when — before you apply, not after you have enrolled.

03

We show our sources

Every fee, requirement and figure on this site comes from a published source and is labelled as indicative. If you ask where a number came from, you get an answer, not a reassurance.

04

We stay reachable after you arrive

The commission is paid at enrolment; the student's hardest month is the one after that. We still answer in month two, month six and your final year. That is the whole basis of a referral business, and referrals are how we grow.

Your data

We never sell your details

Your enquiry goes to an advisor and nowhere else. We do not pass leads to third-party agents, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

What we do, and how we are paid

More than an application.

Enrolment is the middle of the process, not the end. The visa, the housing and the first month are where students actually struggle — and where we keep answering.

Enquiry to arrival

Complete guidance

An honest assessment and shortlist, application and personal statement, the visa file (funds, insurance, apostilles, translations), accommodation advice and a first-fortnight arrival checklist.

Taught by us

Tutoring for the gap

Most students turned away are half an IELTS band or one prerequisite short. We teach IELTS, IGCSE & A Levels, maths & physics, and academic writing — not subcontracted.

Stated up front

How we are paid

The first conversation, assessment and shortlist are free. Any institution commission is disclosed before you apply. Tutoring is quoted separately and never a condition of a placement.

Handoff note Add tutoring pricing here before launch — hourly rate, packages, and whether sessions are online, in person or both. Vague pricing costs more enquiries than a high price does.
“The right advice is worth paying for. The wrong advice costs three years and the fees that went with them.”
